Samsung Flock AR Experience

Problem:
Samsung KX wanted to showcase the seamless connections between their products in a way that would resonate with visitors.

Insight:
The intangible nature of these connections made it difficult for customers to visualise the value of Samsung’s ecosystem.

Solution:

An immersive AR way-finding experience that used a murmuration of 200 low-poly birds to visually represent the seamless connections between Samsung products. Visitors chose from three themed journeys—Epic Gaming, Seamless Entertainment, or Effortless Living—which demonstrated how Samsung’s devices work together in harmony. The Flock’s lifelike movement, powered by an intelligent flocking system that mimicked real-world physics, made these invisible connections visible and tangible. Over 500 meters of pathways were mapped within the 900sqm Samsung KX flagship space. Post-journey, visitors received personalised emails linking to relevant Samsung product pages, creating a seamless path from exploration to purchase.
